This is the second time my partner and I have stayed at sunbeam and it won't be the last.
Nikki and Neil are wonderful hosts,  it's more like coming to stay with friends than an overnight b&b stay, you're treated as a friend from you come through the door!  Ensuite Rooms are absolutely spotless, good size shower, beds are really comfortable, the TV in the room is a good size with lots of channels to watch, there's water,tea and coffee etc too in the room, plus Nikki will make you a wonderful home cooked breakfast in the morning, (and there's continental if you want) you honestly couldn't ask for better! An absolutely gorgeous house and wonderful and attentive host. I booked in for two nights quite last minute and was instantly accommodated by Nikki who also upgraded me to a larger room at no extra cost. The room was spotless with a large and incredibly comfortable bed. Fresh towels were provided along with complimentary toiletries, tea, coffee and biscuits. The breakfast was fantastic and Nikki couldn’t have done more for me. As an extra bonus when I had to work late on the second night Nikki provided me with a plate of snacks and a sandwich in my room which was a godsend to come back to. Sunbeam Bed & Breakfast is perfect for a holiday exploring Northern Ireland. Nikki was an absolutely fantastic host, and no request was too much trouble. The house and rooms are welcoming, and done to a great standard. The bed was so comfy, and well needed after days of exploring. Nikki’s breakfasts were excellent quality, with so much variation!
Although close proximity to the dual carriageway, the property is quiet and sleep was undisturbed.
The closeness of the dual carriageway allows access to Belfast in 45 minutes, and Londonderry in just over an hour.
Nikki and her husband Neil are excellent with their recommendations for sites to see and places to eat.

Excellent B&B, not far from Giants Causeway, Carrick a Rede Rope Bridge and Dark Hedges. Northern Ireland has the most by coast and so much to explore. Nikki and Neil were warm and welcoming. With The flurry of lost luggage and delayed flights, we arrived at Sunbeam – Just as the name of the B and B implies, a wonderful light of happiness, kindness and generosity filled our new room for the night. Our host and hostess guided us for the next day hikes along the coast, navigating the Giant causeway and attempting the rope bridge, unfortunately not possible due to High winds, we enjoyed a fabulous and luxurious sleep. Stayed here while working locally in Galgorm Hotel it’s less than 10 minutes drive so perfect for anyone attending an event there.

Such a beautiful house and the room was spotless. You can see the owners care so much to attention to detail with everything on offer in the room tea, coffee, hot chocolate, disposable toothbrush, little Toiletries everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The breakfast was absolutely beautiful freshly cook bread & an open fire I wanted to stay all day it was so cosy. The lady & gentleman (sorry I can’t remember there names) couldn’t do enough to make sure my stay was nothing less than perfect.

Will 100% be back to stay when I’m next in Ballymena. This b n b is a must stay if you are at a wedding in the Galgorm Hotel Or In the area. Thank you so much for everything. Possibly the best if nothing one of the best B&Bs iv stayed in.
